This mod is designed to be played on Domination maps, and replaces the control points with solid objects that have a certain number of hit points. These hit points are reduced by shotting at the control point. Over time, the hit points of the control point will recharge so it's important to keep damaging the control point. The remaining hit points for the control point are stored on a team by team basis. The first team to get their control hit points to zero will capture the control point. At this point the control hit points will be restored for all teams. A team gains a point for every 5 seconds that both control points are held. There is no extra time and draws are allowed.
Potentially, the mod could work with CTF maps as well (like the Q3A equivalent) but the Q3A implementation puts me off from doing it as I didn't enjoy it much.
